My Eventful Week:

Monday: actually nothing much...
Tuesday: jumped 194 cm for standing board jump, breaking my personal highest record! Whohoo!!
Wednesday: memorised every single thing on rise and fall of Venice
Thursday: missed out only half a point for Venice mindmap test
Friday: Anderson National Day Carnival and watched G.I Joe with the guys and Indu:]

Talking about today, Carvinal was super funny. Teachers who got dunked included Ms Sim, Mr Nathan etc. The most classic one was Mr Kamal. Someone actually hit all three throws! He was so into taking photos that he soon got addicted and could not stop. Met Yun Ru for lunch with Indu, though we did not like eat full, but went to Desert House to get a Kiwi and Strawberry drink for myself, browine for Phua and Strawberry for Indu. The kiwi strawberry
is super nice<3 Its the taste I had been looking for for a long long long long time. After that, we managed to shop only for a while before the guys called to ask us to buy tickets. Yun Ru decided to go home and bathe first before meeting er jiu mu. Since the guys had to go for Friday prayers, we had to queue up at the long counter to get our tickets. Indu and I were waiting like idiots at the 'ticket counter' and than Eugene came along and queued at the 'popcorn counter'. We were both confused at his actions and couldn't comprehend what he was doing. Than after that, we found out that at peak hours or when they is alot of people at the ticketing area, they actually open up the 'popcorn counters' to sell movie tickets as well. So in the end we got our tickets earlier than expected and made our way to kfc to wait for the guys. As we found a place that could house all 8 of us who were watching the show, Indu and I went to get some snacks while waiting for them. We returned to our seats only to find thatit was overwhelmed with people, additional ones too. We forgot to count the others who were not going to the movies. Finally, overpopulated by boys, we decided to sit at another table, later joined by Syazwan and Zaff. The most classic prank of the week: I told Zaff that that I only bought 7 tickets for the eight of us excluding him. Together with Indu and Syazwan, he had a hard time believing that we did not buy his ticket for him. Then, insisted that the $6 returned to him since he could not watch. We decided to count the tickets in front of him since he wouldn't believe whatever we were saying. Syazwan counted one by one, matching the tickets to the people watching. You should have seen the look on his face, all stressed up. When we counted to the eighth ticket, we were like, "Aye, we bought one extra ticket leh!" and started offering his ticket to those who were not going. He was all relaxed and relieved yet sought of a bit pissed, but it didn't last for long. So many jokes were cracked during that time; giving me no chance at all to take a sip of water for fear that I will spit it all out. At the theatre, I almost lost my phone during all the confusion of passing the tickets, calling Eugene to tell him his seat etc. I think I looked so flustered that all of them stopped watching the trailers and started looking for my phone. Zul even offered his phone’s touch to look more carefully. Eventually we found it at the side of Zaff’s chair and I was so relieved. Continued to enjoy the show with fun, joy and laughter but half way through, both Zaff and I felt like sleeping. Not that the show is boring, but more of we were tired. The show was great, good and twisted plot with lots of uncertainty, Together with all the action and weaponry portrayed, there was nothing really bad about the show. Show finished, went home, and bathed, blog. The rest of the day should be normal as usual.

Just saw this pledge thingy advertisement on CNA. It was heart-warming and so touching, with a simple quote that causes all the goose bumps to surface. “Home, is where why heart belongs.”
